Kendra Piercy is an Illinois government relations professional and attorney with over a decade of legal and legislative experience in the public and private sector.

Before she began lobbying in 2025, Kendra served as the Chief Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives, House Parliamentarian, and Ethics Counsel for the House Democratic Caucus. 

Prior to her time in the Speaker’s Office, Kendra was an attorney in the tax practice at EY focusing on international tax for multinational financial services companies and lobbying on the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
